Over the past 2 months I've been working on my first video game along with my good buddy Jeff Jensen from Aalborg. I've spent many hours painstakingly animating in Photoshop, but the fruits of my labor has paid of. Now you can download and play Spoiler Alert at http://spoileralertgame.com/

Enjoy
It is always important to do your best, or so Lars Kramhøft and I concluded from our trip to Angouleme. Sitting on the train to Paris at 8 in the morning we both decided that this project could look alot cooler. We had gotten alot of great and positive feedback from potential future publishers and we felt like making a solid lasting impression, so we gave the story Acid Eaters a complete overhaul. The visuals and story are now stronger than ever. Here is the new cover for Acid Eaters issue one.
Enjoy,
Here are some images of the project we're currently working on, based on the comic and animation series of the same name: Light Apprentice - The Game.
We are Octopulp. Bring us your children... No keep them we just like the attention.
We are a comics collective with base in The Open Workshop in Viborg, Denmark.
Beside the fact that Octopulp is the name of our creative collective, it is also the name of our anthology print Octopulp Magazine which is published bimonthly.We have two issues out and number 3 in the making.
We are 4 people doing this, Writer and artist Lars Kram do some great stuff in the anthology, recently it is Magic Porno Truth, it's not too late to jump on that train! Allan Haverholm is doing the artwork for the next issue.
Igor Noronha the brasilian guy, did the Zendahrit Chronicles #1 in the last issue. A gripping story that takes place in the same universe as Light Apprentice, Igor's main project on so many levels!
Furthermore we have Martin Bruun Pedersen with his Evil Comix about all and nothing. It's not too late jump IN FRONT of that train. Good stuff.
Finally we have Tom Kristensen. He does some dark gothic tales and self inflicted stories in graveyards. His main project in OW is Deadboy! a comic we all hope will be finished soon including the artist himself.

<div style="color: #f3f3f3; font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">Back in 2007, I graduated. So I supposed I had to start working in the real world. I had a solid education in my pocket and for some reason I wanted to work for TV.
<div style="color: #f3f3f3; font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">

<div style="color: #f3f3f3; font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">But instead of going to Paris and start a career as a little animator struggling to obtain and sustain the nice French status of intermittent (endangered by politics); I considered the status of 'political refugee' in Denmark at the Open Workshop.

<div style="color: #f3f3f3; font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">

<div style="color: #f3f3f3; font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">I applied with the Iceberg TV-series concept that needed development. The basic concept was: 4 animals from the Arctic are pushed to sail on an iceberg, away from their northern home melting because of climate change, looking for the Antarctica. The episodes would tell about that journey around the world. That's when my own world tour started.
Being in the Open Workshop offered me a lot of opportunities of, let's say... inspiration for the iceberg's journey. I met people from all China, Sweden, Turkey an Greenland who invited me into their homes, I got into the well named Animation Sans Frontières production training, and I have been teaching animation in Bolivia, Romania, and soon in Burkina Faso.
But meanwhile I travel the world with the most interesting projects ever, the walrus’ iceberg was melting its way down to the bottom of the priority list. Though, each time I was coming back at my desk I would see the Iceberg's shape more defined. Clear angles came out; the female polar bear, using stop-motion, the shoe-box puppet theatre, all of that emerged naturally of the melting.
And then all of the sudden, I don't know what happened, perhaps the water of this melting iceberg leaked a drop on her foot, and as a result Ellen Riis took the Iceberg for a nice refreshing cure in the Basmati Film freezer. We obtained the west-Danish film fund, with which we could afford the script writer Peter Reeves to come in Viborg and start writing episodes and a trailer.
